All bets placed on the asa36 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules for that particular game. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information section or help menu. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

If a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your account, but no winnings will be paid. asa36's decision to void a bet is final and binding.

The asa36 platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. asa36 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, timely, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, asa36 (including our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of asa36 shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
The asa36 platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party game providers. asa36 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless asa36 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint through our internal customer service process, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia / BANI) or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Bahasa Indonesia as mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against asa36.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asa36 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, where local Indonesian law imposes mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be waived by contract, those provisions shall apply to the extent required by law.
